Cancellations
Please provide us with at least 24-hour notice for cancellation. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointed time will be charged £30 each time.

All ' NO-SHOWS ' will be charged a FULL fee.
Should you need to cancel we are always happy to credit any pre-payments to your account towards your next treatment or offer a full refund with an administration fee of £5.
Chaperoning & Under 16's
You are welcome to bring a chaperone of your choice with you to any of your appointments. Should you require a chaperone during your visit then please alert our reception team at the time of booking so this can be arranged.
In line with our safeguarding policy and professional rules of conduct all clients under the age of 16 years attending any appointment must be accompanied at each visit by an adult with parental responsibility.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse any treatment or assessment if any member of our team receives abuse or anti-social behaviour from clients ( or anyone affliliated with them ).
Our therapists all conduct an assessment and very occasionally this flags up an issue which would make continuing with a session unsafe to either clinician or client . In this circumstance we also reserve the right to discontinue a session.
Vouchers - Terms & Conditions
Vouchers are non-refundable.
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without Natural Element's consent. Vouchers can be exchanged for services of a higher value on payment of the difference. When using a voucher no change will be given. This gift voucher is only good for a single transaction, any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher or service or product. The original voucher must be presented at reception at the time of your visit. Failure to present a valid voucher will results in full payment being required which will be refunded in full once an original voucher has been received. In the event of any dispute the decision of Natural Elements is final. Natural Elements reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Duty of Candour
All of our therapists are open, honest and professional and should something go wrong with your treatment we have a legal obligation to inform all persons affected and provide a timely apology.
Complaints
Should you wish to complain please do so in writing to annie@thenaturalelements.co.uk with full details and the name of the party (ies) involved. Our aim is always to help people and we are always willing to listen to your concerns and address any concerns that are reasonable expectatoin of our service.
